Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin für einen unserer Logistik Standorte in Römerberg (nahe Speyer) einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Supply Chain (Logistik/Einkauf) Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten (Artikel, Lieferanten, Einkaufspreise) innerhalb unseres ERP Systems Platzierung von Bestellungen und Transit/WE Buchungen incl. Nachverfolgung Kontrolle von Lieferantenrechnungen und Dokumenten Anforderung und Abgleich von Lieferdokumenten wie BOL/AWB/CMR und Ursprungsnachweisen Sicherstellung eines korrekt ablaufenden Zollprozesses (Import) Kommunikation von etwaigen Terminänderungen Abgeschlossene kaufmännsiche Ausbildung und zumindest erste Erfahrungen im Logistik- und Einkaufsumfeld Gute Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung (Import) wären von Vorteil Gute Englisch- und IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, insbes. Location: Heidelberg, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany Job Function: Quality Management Job Reference Code: DE78097987 Segmenting the materials portfolio through ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy, and defining inventory policies Calculating and maintaining inventory parameters in planning systems and ERP systems: safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies Working with buyers to get the best supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), quality, lead time, and flexibility Managing materials resource planning exception messages as well as assisting in cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting Conducting financial risk assessments relating to inventory, and root cause evaluation when necessary Evaluating excess and obsolete/aging inventory, taking appropriate action with others to optimize inventory performance Providing forecasts at raw material level to external suppliers and intercompany suppliers in order to fulfill inventory in time Managing repacking flows Key User function for SAP MM and SAP WM Maintaining BOM (bill of material) in Windchill A degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering / Material Management or similar Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management / manufacturing environment / material management, working as e.g. material planner / logistic expert / supply planner or similar within a fast moving goods environment (make to stock) High analytical skills Knowledge of SAP MM and WM as well as MS Office (esp.
