Gemeinsam treiben wir mit großer Leidenschaft den biomedizinischen Fortschritt zur Heilung schwerer Erkrankungen voran.  In dieser spannenden Stelle leisten Sie einen aktiven Beitrag innovative zelluläre Arzneimittelherstellung zur Behandlung von Tumoren und monogenetischen Erkrankungen Realität werden zulassen. Sie arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team in einer hochmodernen Reinraum Produktionsstätte für Zelltherapeutika und stellen deren GMP-konforme Produktion sicher. Mit Hilfe unserer CliniMACS Prodigy®-Geräte arbeiten Sie an der termingerechten Herstellung von Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP). Sie dokumentieren die Materialflüsse und Ihre Arbeitsergebnisse GMP-gerecht in unserem Batch Record System. Ferner erstellen Sie SOPs und helfen beim Abweichungsmanagement aktiv mit. Durch die Reinigung, Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer komplexen Gerätschaften sorgen Sie stets für eine „Readiness for Production“. Ihr naturwissenschaftliches Studium haben Sie erfolgreich mit dem Bachelor oder Master abgeschlossen. Sie besitzen erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zellkulturen, Zelltherapien oder Zellbiologie. Sie interessieren sich für die sterile Herstellung und haben idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in einem GMP- oder ISO-regulierten Umfeld bzw. einer Reinraum-Umgebung gesammelt. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst runden Ihr Profil ab. Together, we are passionate about driving biomedical progress towards curing severe diseases.Within our R&D Reagents department you will be part of the team that develops bead-based flow cytometry reagents for monitoring immune cell populations and their functional states. During your work you will gain insights into biochemical and biological methods, as well as flow cytometry and data analysis. Protocols and tools developed by you will be used to characterize immune cell dynamics and signaling, and for immunomonitoring of cancer patients in the course of clinical trials. You will be planning and conducting your daily work independently and documenting progress. Sharing your results is fundamental within the core team as well as to other departments and areas within the company. Therefore, you will continue to develop collaboration and communication skills across a diverse community. As a team player, you will be involved in interdisciplinary projects within highly-collaborative teams, who work together to develop next-generation technologies and anti-cancer therapies. You have completed a bachelor's or master´s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar and have already gained some work experience. You have a strong analytical understanding and your enthusiasm for chemical syntheses and biochemistry sets you apart. Clear laboratory and data analysis experience, prior work with multiplex bead technologies is a plus. You would like to apply your chemical knowledge to help solve real-world problems in biology and immunology. You are a goal-oriented person, who is able to bring projects to success with proactive commitment in a team, but also independently and on your own responsibility. Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile, German is a plus. Biotechnology Expert in Cell Culture and Cell and Gene Therapy (m/f/d) The Drug Substance Technologies Group has expertise and competencies in operation, characterization and design of biopharmaceutical cell culture technologies applied in the regulated industry.  A main task of the Biotechnology Expert (m/f/d) will be to grow and maintain respective cell culture technologies and extend our expertise with a strong focus on the biotechnological characterization of Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) equipment. You will be working in a state-of-the-art cell culture development lab. Here you’re surrounded by people who share your passion for science and cutting-edge technologies.
