In the role you will think and act globally and collaborate closely and regularly with global teams within People & Organization and the business.Your tasks:Set up and Continuous Improvement of Total Rewards Programs Identify current and future requirements and market trends in the area of Total Rewards (with a focus on Benefits), health-check current approach and solutions, screen and assess alternative solutions and devise the way forward that best aligns to our Total Rewards philosophy and principles Define, align and communicate well-balanced programs and standards that accommodate the needs of our business Creation of policies and guidelines for Total Rewards programsDesign and implement conclusive reports and analytics to provide actionable insights around the effectiveness of our total rewards programs Proactively identify and communicate critical areas of improvement and recommendationsIdentify potential for automation and shared servicesEnsure process execution is set-up in the quality, efficiency and speed neededDrive change based on findings and recommendations shared by the global communityStay on top of market trends, challenge the status quo and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvementKnowledge Management & EnablementEstablish yourself and act as a trusted advisor for Total Rewards related programs, processes and issuesAdvise P&O community and Business Partners on all employee lifecycle events impacting compensation & benefitsYour profile:University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Psychology or a comparable subject Several years of experience in setting up and managing Total Rewards programs in an international context (experience in the field of Benefits is a plus)Strong skill in MS Office (most notably MS Excel)Excellent trouble-shooting, project planning, time management and organizational skills Proven track record for continuous improvement, efficiencies and automationExcellent verbal and written communication skills required, combined with the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization effectivelyA true desire to be proactive and persistent in your workIndependent, self-motivated, strong hands-on mentality and solution-oriented working style Ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of confidentiality and experience handling sensitive informationWe know our employees are our greatest assets.
