To strengthen our Human Resources Team Central Europe, based in our site in Monheim, Germany, we are looking to fill the position of: Trainee Talent & Reward Operations Are you a collaborative type that enjoys innovative methods? This makes you a ‘collabovative’ person at UCB. This unique blend of talent means you are capable of thinking in new ways with others for the sake of patients.As a UCB 'collabovative' person and part of the Talent and Reward Operations team you like to work in an environment where you can: Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and handle the individual requests of the employees. This means also contracting on aligned Talent priorities and agenda to drive business and add value to patients Be a Stakeholder for Employees, Managers, HR Business Partner and also your global colleagues in any individual question at first-level-support Be responsible for the HR Operational activities in a set of European countries (Germany, Austria) and work together with global countries on a project based level (e.g. Belgium) As a UCB 'collabovative' person and Teammember of the Talent and Reward operations team you will contribute by: Consulting UCB employees first point of contact regarding all HR related matters Acting as project team member to global and regional HR projects Maintaining trustful and productive relations with employee representatives (Works Council) Beeing responsible for addressing all requests by either providing answers, routing to HR stakeholders or finding a solution Taking responsibility as a process owner for different processes (topicality, optimization etc.) Dealing with labor law and social insurance issues Bachelor degree, e.g. in a business-related subject, in Business Administration, International Management or Human Resources Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong communication skills in English and German (oral and written) as well as strong process oriented working style At UCB, we strive to attract passionate and outstanding talents who thrive on change and are ready to bring real value to patients.
