Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)   Analysis and further development of existing programs for remuneration, incentives and benefits in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines Job Grading: consultancy and implementation Development and determination of key personnel figures Derivation of economic success from personnel measures Expatriation Management: consultancy and contribution Implementation of global, competitive and attractive compensation policies and processes Market research on salaries and labor markets in order to define own benchmarks Professional consultancy on all compensation-related topics Creation of transparency in personnel management measures Project work and special topics in the field of HR, Compensation and Benefits has a successfully completed degree in either Economics, Business Administration, Personnel Management, Human Resources Management (HR) or an education with comparable qualification has experiences in Compensation & Benefits / Human Resource Management in an international company has profound knowledge in compensation systems and guidelines has strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers is a team player and has a proactive, independent and conscientious way of working is very familiar with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) has good knowledge of SAP R / 3 module HR has excellent English skills, both written and spoken professional and personal development – lean hierarchies and short decision-making processes – independent working – an international environment – challenging tasks & more...
