Together with a team of copywriters and designers, you form a dream team that inspires, guides and oversees our global design efforts across multiple brands and markets. You take a central role in the delivery of brand design projects, and are responsible for the quality, creativity and delivery of the projects. The Team Lead Brand Design (m/f/d) is the creator and guardian of distinct brand assets, oversees and takes responsibility for successful delivery of a range of projects, such as brand campaign assets for a multitude of channels, integration of brand design into product experience, internal design services for events and presentations, as well as initiating research projects to continuously learn and improve. You establish a global design function and build design leadership across StepStone brands and markets. Your focus is on building strong B2C brand experiences through design, and you are flexible to stretch your design skills across B2B, corporate brand, employer branding as well as UI design to create a cohesive and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints. You promote a culture of innovation, creativity and teamwork. Strategy to execution: Provide strategic solutions to the company considering market context, brand strategy building brand awareness and reputation. Translate the brand strategy into vivid images and animations. With the help of your design expertise, you give the StepStone brand a distinct and coherent visual identity. You lead a team of designers to ensure excellent design delivery while developing our design capabilities further. You think strategically: You know that it's not just about pretty pictures, but also about winning new users for StepStone's services and tools. Establish and nurture good working relationships across the business to make sure brand design contributes in everything we do. Lead the global design team and help them achieve set goals Participate in and foster design-led thinking among the global entities and teams Establish testing and measurement infrastructure for design impact Steering of external partners and agencies Minimum 6 years of experience in design, at a brand design agency, or in an in-house function, preferably at a digital company Creative energy: Exceptional design skills, brand builder, inspirator, stakeholder management skills. Ability to talk about design to non-designers. Team leadership & management: thought leadership, ability to direct and motivate. Von Brand Space, Roadshow, Ausstellung, Messe und Pop Up Store bis hin zu virtuellen Konferenzen, Live Streams, Hybrid Events und Metaverse Product Launches. Starte als Volontär*in Kreativ-Konzeption in einer unserer deutschlandweiten Partner-Agenturen. Zeitgleich zu deinem Berufseinstieg in der Konzeption wirst du im treibhaus parallel ausgebildet. Jeden Monat reist du für 4 Tage in eine ander Stadt und nimmst mit 15 ausgewählten Talenten an den treibhaus Modulen teil. In nur einem Jahr lernst du die Lead-Kreativen Deutschlands kennen: Atelier Brückner, BBDO, Do it!, facts+fiction, Jazzunique, Marbet, Liganova, Uniplan, Vok Dams...um nur ein paar zu nennen. Die Creative Director und Kreativ Geschäftsführer*innen unterrichten dich, teilen ihr Praxis Know How mit dir. Und du baust ganz nebenbei ein Netzwerk auf, für das andere viele Jahre brauchen.Zu deinen Aufgabenbereichen zählt: Briefing Analyse, Ideenentwicklung, Kundenpräsentation und Beratung, Texten, Visualisieren, Umsetzungsbegleitung, etc.treibhaus ist für Studienabgänger*innen, Berufs- und Quereinsteiger*innen. Egal ob dein Weg straight verläuft oder ob du dich gerade neu erfindest. Wichtig ist deine Kreativität und Neugier. Passende Studiengänge können sein: Kommunikation, Film, Medien, Design und Digitales. PR und Kultur genauso wie Architektur und Szenografie oder Theater- und Geisteswissenschaften.Eine Festanstellung in einer unserer deutschlandweiten Partner-Agenturen plus Weiterbildung im treibhaus.
