Wir suchen idealerweise ab April 2022 und für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 4 Monaten einen motivierten und engagierten Praktikant (m/w/d) im ProduktdesignIn unserem Bereich Produktdesign erstrecken sich deine Aufgaben über das gesamte Spektrum der Designprozesse von der Entwurfsphase über Detaillösungen bis hin zur Produktion. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren erfahrenen Konstrukteuren und Produktdesignern zusammen und unterstützt diese im Tagesgeschäft. Außerdem lernst du die Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Innovation Management, Entwicklung oder Marketing kennen. Mindestens im Hauptstudium immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Fach Produkt- bzw. DESIGN AT SHARE NOW We are designers and user researchers working across our consumer and corporate service offers and internal suite of business applications for customer, fleet and vehicle management. We are located in our beautiful offices in the heart of Berlin and in the city of Hamburg, while also having the flexibility to work from home, anywhere in Germany and Spain. As a business application designer, your daily responsibilities are within a cross-functional product squad contributing through discovery to delivery by understanding user needs, conceptualising ideas and delivering final designs. You’ll be joining a growing team of business application designers and researchers who work closely together, all while collaborating with our designers for customer facing apps in order to deliver the best service experience. Product Designer (m/f/x) - Design Systems

You have the proven technical understanding of how to build and scale design systems within a product-driven company. You possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and processes towards governance and maintenance of design systems and accessibility standards. You pay exceptional attention to detail and craft translated into detailed and thorough documentation. You are passionate about driving products with intuitive experiences forward. You feel comfortable explaining decisions also to non-design stakeholders and can hold your ground in discussions. You like spending time with your peers from engineering and product to find solutions together as one team. You are vocal about the early and continuous involvement of design as part of the product development process. You are familiar with using tools like Figma, Zeplin, Dovetail and the likes.
