As a Product Owner at Global Digital Sales Solutions for Digital Retail, you are responsible for the delivery and strategic impact of digital products in the form of fundamental mobile solutions for retail. Together with your team and in close collaboration with Tech counterparts you work on creating, continuously improving, and evolving the solution to operate mobile devices and enabling capabilities for our own retail stores. You will partner with Tech departments and markets to define a robust product backlog, managing capability expansion and leading the solutions to new functionalities & best practice definitions are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and digital focused teams premium staff experiences as well as consumer engagement and satisfaction. Be responsible for employee engagement tools and solutions (incl. Bring Your Own Device, Corporate Mobile Devices) leveraging Azure AD account Be accountable for the product success considering the value for the consumer and the company (ROI). Drive market / global business demands and alignment Define and agree on business SLAs against available budget Specify the product vision and roadmap considering the value for the role and impact on the adidas digital ecosystem. Be accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates and define business service level agreements against available budget Identify and solve dependencies with other product owners and tech departments to ensure efficient delivery. Coordinate new feature rollouts with store operations and markets Represent the business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog Create, manage, and prioritize items in your product backlog. Specify the definition-of-done in cooperation with the team. Use data sources, analytics, and feedback loops to ensure the team focuses on the right enhancements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely Solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset Advanced knowledge of mobile solutions (ideally BYOD or corporate environment) Knowledge of Agile working methods is a plus e.g., Scrum/Kanban, Jira Basic leadership skills are a plus Advanced domain knowledge Retail Operations and process knowledge is a plus Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies Fluent in English both verbally and written Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience 4+ years of experience working in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment 2+ years working as a Product Owner or product management related role, preferably in an Agile working setup Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels ,Brand: adidas,Location: Herzogenaurach,TEAM: Digital,Country/Region: DE
