Position Snapshot Location: Singen Working Time: Full-time Contract:  Unlimited Start Date: ImmediateAs New Health Platform Lead you will be part of Nestlé’s R&D organization and be responsible for defining strategic objectives in Nutrition, Health and Wellness for Nestlé‘s Food Business in collaboration with the Strategic Business Unit. Based on these objectives you will drive the development of innovative technical solutions that enable nutritious and healthy products with competitive advantage. A day in the life of... Innovation: Develop a Science & Technology Strategy that defines technical short-, mid- and long-term goals in Nutrition, Health and Wellness Drive innovation through the development of technical solutions that enable nutritious and healthy Food products Liaise with internal and external partners to co-create or insource technical developments Ensure projects are delivered on time, on quality and on cost Closely collaborate with stakeholders in R&D and business People: Lead the resources of the New Health Platform Coach and develop people Ensure excellence in project management Knowledge Management: Provide nutritional guidance to stakeholders Ensure knowledge / competence building in relevant areas at NPTC Food MSc or PhD in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or similar areas Several years of solid experience in a comparable position in the food industry Very strong people leadership skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to develop an S&T strategy Strong experience in project management and structured project approach Very good communication skills and fluent in English
