This includes the definition and implementation of roles, responsibilities and processes on sales and business unit level towards customer centricity. The central UX-team is the strategic relevant Customer and Market Data Hub that transfers customer and market insights into the organization and reflects to all customer touchpoints. The field of responsibility covers the functions: market intelligence, market research and user experience @ Bosch Thermotechnology. You lead a small team of experts of different professions.As a service department, you provide your internal customers (board of management, Business Units, Sales Regions) with data and information on markets, trends and users.You support operationally in projects and in the strategy development process to develop Bosch Thermotechnology towards a more customer centric company.Therefore in the area of Market Intelligence it is important to promote the following topics, e.g. management of market, competition and customer data as well as scenario management and new tools to automatic data processing and visualization.In the area of market research & UX, you provide support, e.g. with usage & attitude studies, brand funnel, campaign tracking and target group segmentation through to the holistic management of UX projects with a focus on user research, synthesis and testing.Furthermore you are responsible for the further roll-out of UX into the organization via active project support, defining roles and responsibilities, adapt processes (innovation, product creation), create UX trainings.
