Experience with managing managers and multiple teams simultaneously. A strong engineering background, knowledge and being able to evaluate complex technical decisions. Past experience with structured performance evaluations and review processes. A mindset compatible with continuous deployment, agile planning, cloud-based systems, experimentation and testing. Past experience with cloud deployments (Kubernetes, AWS or GCP). Being able to adapt to change and find pragmatic solutions. Experience with setting up processes in an engineering team. Nice to Have Experience in developing internal tools, integrations with different systems Working with 3rd party applications like Salesforce Strong Architecture background in developing easy to use applications.
