Job-Fakten Job ID: 202005-113305 Standort: Mannheim Firma/ Division: Diagnostics What to expect Our Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC) is in charge of the technical and applications customer service for our diagnostic analysis systems and life science products. As an application specialist, you are the direct contact partner for application inquiries of our customers from private and hospital laboratories in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You work on application-related questions, especially in the field of molecular diagnostics, in order to solve problems and advise our customers. handle customer inquiries. Who you are You have successfully completed your studies, e.g. as a biochemist, biologist or chemical engineer or you have a qualification such as a laboratory technician, medical technical assistant You speak and write Dutch and English fluently/natively, German is beneficial You bring along several years of job experience in the medical, technical environment that you have either obtained through customer service in sales/marketing or in a laboratory in one of the countries we serve You are familiar with medical analysis systems, quality assurance and basic IT knowledge You have in-depth know-how with regard to indication and analytics in molecular diagnostics You have a pronounced ability to solve application problems and you always present good solutions quickly You enjoy being a competent contact partner for customers and colleagues You also have a proven affinity for IT (IT connections, networks). You have excellent communication and analytical skills and a high degree of initiative and responsibility. You are customer- and team-oriented and have intercultural experience.
