Ref.Nr. 3769 | Standort:Bremen, Hamburg, München, Stuttgart Du bist Denkpartner und Impulsgeber für unsere globalen Kunden der Luftfahrt-, Automobil- und Telekommunikationsbranche und gestaltest zukunftsfähige und digitale Prozesse entlang der Wertschöpfungskette  Du sorgst für die Konzeption, Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen und das übergreifende Geschäftsprozessmanagement unserer Kunden Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören außerdem die Durchführung und Steuerung von Prozessoptimierungsprojekten sowie von Kundenworkshops zur Prozessaufnahme und Prozessmodellierung  Deine Expertise nutzt du auch für die Akquise sowie für die Weiterentwicklung unseres internen Wissensmanagements und Methoden-Portfolio Du hast Projektverantwortung über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg, von der Ausschreibung, Projektplanung und -koordination bis zur Abnahme     Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z.B. der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften Du bringst mehrjährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung im Prozessmanagement mit, bevorzugt in der Luftfahrt- oder Automobilindustrie Außerdem hast du praktische Erfahrungen in den Themen Prozessmodellierung, Prozessoptimierung, der Gestaltung von Prozessmanagement-Systemen sowie im Umgang mit Prozessmanagementwerkzeugen (bspw. Ausgehend von der Konzeption arbeiten Sie dabei mit, die notwendigen Hebel in Prozessen und Systemen zu identifizieren und zu bewegen.
