As Legal Counsel in our Global Consumer Products division you’ll be the go-to person for legal topics surrounding the fashion and retail business for an extensive product portfolio. This is led by the premium fashion brand AlphaTauri and Red Bull Energy Wear, which includes the Official Red Bull Athletes Collection and a large range of Red Bull FanWear for Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, Red Bull BC One and many more.Areas that play to your strengths - All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: LEGAL RISK MANAGEMENT In this exciting position you’ll identify and oversee legal issues concerning our fashion and retail business. You’ll focus on strategic and high-risk topics and set-up relevant workflows and processes. Moreover, you’re responsible for developing solutions to complex legal questions. We also trust you with advising internal executives alongside employees in strategic business areas. Additionally you´ll work closely together with our Legal HQ department. LEGAL COUNSELLING Your area of responsibility includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts of diverse nature including sales, supply, lease and purchasing. Additionally, you’ll liaise with local counsels on peculiarities of the applicable laws. PROJECT MANAGEMENT You are responsible for preparing analyses and solutions for specific legal projects including distribution models, allocation of Intellectual Property rights from research & development projects with third parties and supply chain legal issues. PROVISION OF TRAININGS You’ll provide trainings on reoccurring legal matters and educate business members to solve minor legal questions autonomously.Your areas of knowledge and expertise - that matter most for this role: At least 7 years of relevant working experience, either at a law firm or in a legal department at an international company, preferably in the apparel industry Strong project management and organisational skills Proven contract drafting skills Excellent analytical skills Accurate, precise and fast style of working Self-starter and proactive personality Law degree, bar exam, ideally post-graduate degree Excellent English & German skills Travel up to: 10% Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2159 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.

As our Regulatory and Government Affairs Manager DACH, you’ll be responsible for managing all regulatory matters for the DACH region, as well as managing Red Bull’s external relationships with key government and industry stakeholders while protecting the external interests of the business and brand within this region.Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: MONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF RELEVANT REGULATORY ISSUES In this role, you’ll review, monitor and analyse the regulatory developments as well as monitor relevant government announcements, political developments, industry stakeholders and associations daily to ensure that the local markets and headquarters are appraised of any changes to the political, regulatory or economic operating environment. Additionally, you’ll monitor events, news & trends with relevance to Red Bull. LEGAL ANALYSIS AND ADVOCACY As our Regulatory and Government Affairs Manager you’ll be responsible for the legal review of new relevant ingredients, product labels, marketing collateral and provision of timely advice to ensure regulatory compliance. In addition, you’ll prepare written submissions to public policy processes or consultations provided by government, industry or community organisations or stakeholders. COMMUNICATION WITH EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS You’ll engage with external public stakeholders on matters of interest and concern to Red Bull. While doing so you’ll expand, develop and maintain existing relationships with Red Bull’s stakeholder networks. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible to protect and enhance our reputation as a credible, transparent and respected business. STRATEGIC ADVICE You’ll provide strategic advice to the local and regional business teams on Red Bull’s regulatory & government affairs strategy in the DACH region, and align key tasks, strategies and approaches with the Regulatory and Government Affairs Manager Europe. You’ll assist country business teams with internal and external business inquiries and ongoing internal education about Red Bull’s product, its ingredients, and its effects.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years legal experience in regulatory compliance and food law Intermediate government or government affairs role with a proven track record in engagement with government and industry stakeholders, and an established network of key stakeholders in the FMCG or related industry Familiarity with regulators, government, parliamentary processes, and political media imperative is highly desirable Law firm and in-house legal experience in FMCG or related industry is a big plus Profound knowledge of the DACH regulatory and political environment Experienced research skills as well as ability to create and deliver presentations Results driven self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a high risk/importance, fast-paced, dynamic regulatory environment Ability to build trust and promote confidence Effective relationship building and collaboration skills, for both internal and external advocacy High degree of flexibility, ready to travel on short notice Master’s Degree in Law and with a strong preference for advanced education in a related discipline (i.e. Political Science, Government Affairs, International Relations, Natural Sciences) Fluent in English and German Travel up to: 25% Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.159 gross per month.
