This position is based preferably at our engineering entity Imtec GmbH in Schönwalde-Glien. Design different types of motion simulators Layout and calculation of system components and actuators Work with internal project parties as well as suppliers and contractors Support quality assurance, simulator commissioning and handover to customer Proficiency in CAD (Catia, SolidWorks), CAE tools (Nastran, Permas) for FE analysis and MATLAB as well as project management software tools At least 3 years of experience in simulator and/or test machine design Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering Fluent in German and English COMPETENCIES NEEDED Effective communication skillset (verbal/written) Critical thinking, solid problem solving and excellent decision-making skills Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Ability to inspire, build and run relationships and solve conflicts Adaptability and willingness to learn across disciplines Empathic and having fun at work Willingness for geographical mobility and travel A varied position in a highly innovative, multinational and growing company A fun workplace where everyone has a voice and participates in decision-making A competitive and performance-based remuneration and flexible working hours
