We are currently looking for an experienced Organisational Development Manager to develop, implement and administer functional/business development and training programs for Global Operations at Red Bull, with the overall learning & development objectives in focus. In this role you’ll acts as an expert on development & training topics to the organisation's top and middle management and facilitates initiatives across the organisation.All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: SHOPPER DATA MANAGEMENT & EXPLOITATION In this role you’ll develop an international strategy and roadmap on how to use and capitalize on the power of customer loyalty card data in the best way possible. Additionally, you’ll drive mining of the data locally and with retailers to find credible, pragmatic, and impactful ways of working. At the same time you’ll lead the insights generation and exploitation to inluence international strategies and decision making. STORYTELLING & “SO WHAT?” As International Shopper Insights Specialist you’ll focus on transforming raw data into selling stories that address specific business needs and communicate findings of analysis on key platforms. You’ll understand the needs, expectations, and ways of working of your stakeholders to deliver impactful selling materials based on shopper data. CROSS-MARKET INSIGHTS GENERATION You’ll structure and analyse multiple data sets and extract key findings as well as recommendations to support the business. Moreover, you’ll share expert knowledge and create an environment to share best practices and market examples. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & UPSKILLING You’ll express insights, prepare presentations, and provide trainings to various levels in the organization as well as external stakeholders such as retailers. that matter most for this role: 2+ years of work experience with customer loyalty card or CRM systems Proven data provider, retailer, or client insight experience Strong ability to turn data into insight and drive insight into action Excellent project management skills Proven experience working with multiple sources of continuous and ad hoc research Excellent communication & presentation skills Attention to detail, process driven and structured Inquisitive, passionate, self-motivated, and results-driven Excellent excel & design skills University Degree (business, economics, mathematics, information technology or something similar) or equal practical experience Excellent English skills, German is an advantage Travel up to 10% Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1.985,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.

To further strengthen the International On Premise Sales & Marketing Team we’re looking for an International Sales Application Specialist! In this role, we’ll trust you with managing operational Field Force Planning & Reporting solutions. You’ll drive further development of operational planning, reporting capabilities, the global rollout and 2nd level support.Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: MANAGEMENT OF FIELD FORCE PLANNING APPLICATION As International Sales Application Specialist you’ll initiate and drive the implementation of functional enhancements. You’ll gather new requirements, align them with all stakeholders and incorporate them into development projects. Moreover, you’ll act as interface between the business and the IT team, coordinating project activities and collaborating with project team members. In this role you’ll develop measurable project objectives and monitor the progress. GLOBAL KEY USER You’ll apply deep knowledge of field force planning, execution and reporting applications in order to support local Red Bull organizations in all matters concerning rollout, setup and usage as 2nd level support. Moreover, you’ll develop training material up to the execution of end user trainings if applicable. In addition, you’ll support & manage functional and user acceptance testing of any application updates. OPERATIONAL REPORTING Another part of your role will be to gather new requirements and align them with all stakeholders. Then you’ll either incorporate them into existing operational reporting solutions or build new operational reports using self-service analytics & data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2+ years of experience preferably within a FMCG environment (ideally in the field of Business or IT) Experience in mobile applications/mobile enterprise environments appreciated High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP know-how is preferable Proven project management skills in the area of global business application solutions Problem solver with a can-do attitude, who can present ideas as practical and workable solutions Excellent attention to detail, process driven and structured Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills University Degree (business, economics, mathematics, information technology or something similar) or equal practical experience Excellent English skills, German is an advantage Travel up to 10% Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1.985,00 gross per month.
