Für unseren Standort Eltville am Rhein (bei Frankfurt) suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Werkstudent (m/w/d) Personalentwicklung Befristet für 12 Monate bei max. 20 Stunden/Woche Unseren Erfolg macht aus, dass wir immer den entscheidenden Schritt voraus sind. Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von digitalen und Präsenzveranstaltungen (z.B. Anmeldeprozess, Betreuung der Veranstaltung, Dokumentation, Reporting) Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Rotkäppchen-Mumm Lernwelt (z.B. durch Recherche, Erarbeitung von Leitfäden, Arbeitsblättern, Präsentationen und Erklärvideos) Mitwirken am Ausbau unseres Personalentwicklungsangebotes für die unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen der Rotkäppchen-Mumm Gruppe Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Begleitung unserer Personalentwicklungsinstrumente (u.a. in Form von Datenpflege) Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Implementierung verschiedener HR-Systeme und -Prozesse, insbesondere im Rahmen der Digitalisierung innerhalb des HR-Bereiches Immatrikulierter Studierender im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, BWL oder vergleichbar Interesse an der Arbeit in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Arbeitsweise Organisationstalent und Hands-on Mentalität sowie Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) agieren Sie eigenverantwortlich aber auch teamorientiert in einem dynamischen Familienunternehmen mit kollegialer Atmosphäre.

The coach acts at the interface with the group of partners and directors and maintains a corresponding network within Deloitte. Together with responsible Partners and Directors, the coach develops attractive commercial and financial models. The coach works with the team, preparing them for client presentations. The coach moderates internal conflicts and resolves them in close coordination with the proposal partner and the consulting leadership. You have a university degree or a comparable qualified education. You have in-depth experience with offers and customer presentations and ideally bring experience in the field of corporate and marketing communication. You have the ability to collaborate and build consensus with stakeholders at executive leadership and all management levels. You have several years of experience with national or global consulting companies. You are a strong communicator and leadership team builder with the ability to resolve conflicts and a very high quality standard. You are flexible, resilient and have a high willingness to travel.
