The Corporate Human Resources department gives guidance to local HR departments on strategic HR issues and contributes to the success of the company with global solutions. Implementation, support and continuous development of a global position evaluation system taking into account local/regional specifications Definition and implementation of globally valid processes and standards to evaluate the value contribution of positions Moderation and/or implementation of (analytical/summary) position evaluations at national or international level Calibration of position values for defined management levels to ensure the global comparability of individual positions Global coordination to acquire and participate in salary surveys and benchmark analysis Benchmarking of individual remuneration components of upper management levels Advising HR departments on position evaluations, benchmarks and job structures (e.g., job families) Participation in the design, implementation and administration of national and international compensation instruments and processes (e.g., annual salary review and bonus round) Close cooperation in consultation with national and international HR consultancies Collaboration on HR special topics and projects Degree in economics with a focus on international human resources management or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in the implementation and further development of global position evaluation systems at an internationally operating company with matrix organization In-depth knowledge of market position evaluation systems, in particular Mercer IPE, and in the analysis of benchmarks and salary studies Several years of experience in the facilitation and implementation of position evaluations Experience in the design of job structures or job catalogue and their implementation Experience in the cooperation during and management of international projects Distinct intercultural communication and persuasion skills and ability to work in a team Readiness to temporarily stay abroad at a B.
