Strategize and define service architectures, service transitions and incident management flows for our digital offerings Define and establish KPI’s that act as our navigation system towards great digital service quality Collaborate with our 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support teams, train them and grow them together Co-drive the build-up of alerting and monitoring capabilities to better our service quality together with the DevOps Engineers Hands-on investigation of raised incidents, problems and changes by our customers Own and manage our Service Backlog Advocate for blameless post-mortem reports Management of all incidents and alignment with the respective product teams Coordinate the involved engineering teams during major incidents and channel the communication towards upper management Our business is global and so are our business hours. You need to respond to incidents beyond Heidelberg business hours if they could have a severe impact on our customers. We have a rock-solid team that should make this a very rare event. University degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field Proven work experience of at least 3 years Experience in a large global organization is a strong plus Professional experience with Mobile & Web apps, API’s, and Cloud services Good understanding of system architecture and software layers Very strong coordination and communication skills Very good English language skills.
