Fully support designers across the business, including in scope BU’s and locations for successful implementation of DC E2E ramp up. Buffering the creative workload peaks as needed to enable sustainable Digital Creation upskilling of designers. Conduct comprehensive trainings within the design community, ensuring they are fully effective and giving the predefined results. Support the definition and implementation of Digital Asset quality standards aligned with DC E2E, Business teams (incl. ACT, Development, Sourcing, Sales) – ensuring Designers achieve required standards of partner’s creation. Identify process improvement opportunities within DC E2E process whilst training and supporting the designers. Ensure these opportunities are fed back into the business for future development. Support Design Technology Team and Director Digital Architect in terms of new technologies, tool testing & training needs, providing a design user point of view. Actively participate in the user testing of all new technologies/tools/solutions prior to implementation. Work with and support the key stakeholders’ group within DC E2E Sen. As a part of this team the Sustainability Concepts team is tasked with orchestrating Footwear and Apparel concepts that look to enhance the health of the people as well as the health of the planet. The purpose of the role is to creatively orchestrate Apparel concepts using a collaborative approach and a goal oriented mindset successfully generating Apparel Concepts and Platforms that build Brand value Manage innovation concepts from initial conception through to delivery to the adidas brand Collaborate with, and coordinate, cross-functional Innovation project teams of designers, sports scientists, engineers, manufacturing technologists and sourcing to ensure consistency of purpose based on consumer insights for Innovation/Brand concept work Help formulate innovation opportunity spaces by connecting insight from sports culture, macro trend foresight, athlete insight and emerging technology To be attentive to, and focus, the Apparel Innovation Team’s resources and deliverables according to Brand and Innovation strategy. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in innovative Product / Apparel/ Footwear / Advanced Product Proficient Computer skills on Mac or PC.
