In partnership with our leadership, you will develop, direct, plan, implement, and evaluate all people development processes and activities to build and drive a high-performance organization for the region of Central Europe (DACH & Nordics) by:Being the key contact person for all training, development, coaching and capability building topicsFull ownership of renewing, developing, communicating and implementing our internal training program, including leadership and graduate trainingsActively supporting the HR business partners in all talent management and succession planning processesFully managing our annual performance review processWorking with all functions to ensure talent development processes, plans and programs are consistently implemented across the organizationDeveloping, maintaining and reporting integrated talent development / talent management metricsBeing proactively curious – investigate best practices, trends and innovations; use the knowledge to continuously shape and refresh our people development and training approachBuild, implement, define and support global people development philosophy and approach to performance and talent review, succession processes and ensure a consistent approach and clear governance Create toolkits, training materials and processes flows to support local approach to how to identify and develop talent Partner with global talent team to implement global approaches in line with local needs Partner with works council on required areas of talent, trainings and development Facilitate capability building initiatives with business stakeholdersWork with the HRD CE to define the development and talent strategy related to early career programs (graduate, interns)Gather feedback from key business stakeholders and HRBPs on trainings and development needs specifically with a view to simplify and drive efficiencies Support implementation of our core values throughout the organization by providing workshops, toolkits and other necessary change management toolsDevelop new managers in line with the local as well as global requirements (new manager onboarding)If necessary, act as internal coach and trainer for leadership development (including but not limited to 360 KF feedback, embark and elevate, etc.)you completed an university degree, preferably in human resources, psychology or adult education; any coaching or training education / certification is an have worked at least 5 years in a talent management, talent development or training manager role in HR.have strong experience in a dynamic and international work combine convincing presentation and project management skills, very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint and preferably knowledge of are results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, good in dealing with senior stakeholders, possess a can-do attitude and take initiative to handle and resolve issues independently and quickly when faced with speak both English and German fluentlyour products and brands are a unique platform for mutual success: with our new sustainability strategy we offer substantial long-term added value.working in partnership is our motto: flat hierarchies, open doors and our "#Freedomtosucceed" mentality create the right will love Heidelberg: our modern office and numerous attractive benefits, such as a job bike, flexible working hours and share savings plans are waiting for you.
