Join our team and advance your career as Data & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) Hamburg, Bochum The Product Manager is responsible to develop or adapt the products that enable the offers designed by the offer development resource. The Product Managemer works very closely with the offer resources to keep the strategic roadmap of features per use case up to date. The Product manager is responsible to set the direction of travel for the different products, and to coordinate the development and roll out in the different segments of the market (Fleet, On-The-Go, Home). Own the hardware offer to our customers and the hardware used in our high power charging backbone Approves product/offer roadmap jointly with Global Electrification Product Management Defines prioritization of KPIs both at development and operational level. Product portfolio backlog robust prioritization and management along the product lifecycle with the proper balance within business requirements, technical feasibility and sustainability, and the priority along the different portfolio products Responsible for compliance of the design and development of the product following BP’s predefined technical / architectural and hardware as well as digital rules and principles of BP’s systems Makes sure product specifications providethe best Customer Experience  to position bp as the most attractive brand in the market with great features. Methodology such as Value Based pricing is a requirement. Provides continuous enhancement of products per use case based on data to increase customer satisfaction and business growth. Identifies bottlenecks and misconception along the product lifecycle as well as identifies the right partners/teams for further timely and economic delivery Responsible for product development budget and the Revenue generated against plan Acts as an essential link to the development team in priority with the Global Hardware team but also including digital, systems and data architecture to ensure products and features are feasible Ensure bp has world-class hardware through sourcing of hardware from 3rd parties and/or development of proprietary hardware Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the wider team Liaise with bp Chargemaster to get alignment for future potential joint hardware products Education Excellent university degree in engineering or comparable education. Essential experience Proven track record in product management 5+ years’ experience in the EV charging / EV charging infrastructure space and re­la­ted energy management (load management, smart charging, V2G, Microgrid etc …) Sound knowledge of EV charging technology and thorough understanding of the operation and structures of charging networks and how they are integrated Agile Project management Ability to work in flexible and highly commercially focused ways to achieve results Fluent in German and English
