As a wholly owned subsidiary of Beiersdorf AG, we are part of a group with a long tradition, strong values and a good corporate culture.   Contract type: Permanent Working time: Full-time Managing and implementing the entire recruiting process in close co-operation with the different tesa functions and HR business partners Creating job descriptions and job advertisements in close co-operation with tesa managers Acting as first point of contact for recruiting and employer branding topics Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates Steering of and cooperation with headhunters Active sourcing and management of digital recruiting channels Designing and ensuring an excellent candidate experience Tracking and evaluation of recruiting channels and therefore developing a suitable strategy as well as appropriate measures Supporting the development of an employer branding initiative as well as other projects University degree - e.g. in the field of economics or social sciences Several years of relevant professional experience in recruiting - ideally in an industrial environment Experience in handling various recruiting channels as well as social media activities A high degree of service and result orientation Fluent in German and English, ideally English native speaker Strong communication skills Intercultural openness and sensitivity Attractive remuneration Flexible working Further education and development perspectives Interdisciplinary and cross-departmental career opportunities Occupational pension provision Numerous offers for employees, such as health promotion, sports and leisure activities, employee discounts, and much more (including tesa Bike, the company's own fitness studio, prevention options)
