To achieve our strategic and operational plans, you support the business unit (BU) and its leaders in change management . You also provide information, advice and services as required.Key responsibilities of the role include: Support organizational development and change based on the business unit strategy: Including design and delivery of change management interventions; coaching of departmental and initiatives heads in leading change; development of change agent network across the BU; support the further development of the BU’s strategic people objectives to a) be a continuously improving learning organisation and b) create an engaging work environment for all employeesPeople Development: Including design and delivery of in-house events (e.g. training, workshops, coaching); support of talent reviews and succession planning; support line managers and local HR in the design and delivery of appropriate development measures for employees or teams.myLearning (company LSM platform): Including advise and support BU governance and deliver post-implementation support; lead the construction of development journeys/plans; own and continuously develop BU skill master matrix.Develop, implement and continuously improve people development processes feeding into ArdaghPeople (company HR platform): Including oversee and support annual appraisal process, develop/implement induction program; liaise with Group HR teamHR people development: Provide training and education to local HR Managers on personnel development related issues.Requirements: Bachelor or master’s degree in business or social sciences, psychology or equivalent qualificationMore than 7 years of experience in design and implementation of people and leadership development, change, training, communicationOD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in the OD fieldFacilitation, presentation and Coaching EducationWorking experience / knowledge about Lean ManagementCompetencies:Skills for open and trusting cooperation across all levels of hierarchy in changing roles as designer, support, facilitator, consultant, coach and mentor (remote and face-to-face) - Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally - Strong coaching/mentoring/change management / event design and facilitation skills - High integrity and trustworthiness - Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-focused - Flexible, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity - Negotiating, influencing and holding to account - Political SavvinessEnforcement and operational implementation strength as well as strong analytical skills combined with structured approach - Ability to move between big picture and detail - Analytical skills to design quantitative and qualitative data analysis - Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions - Pragmatic and solution-orientedCommitment to high standards and continuous improvementWillingness to travel (50%)Fluent in English (spoken and written), other European language of advantageOur Vision and ValuesThe people that make up Ardagh Group share much more than a strong brand and an excellent reputation.
