Therefore, you can choose to apply in full or part-time. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Digital Technology GmbH team. The role can be filled at any EDT-site within Germany. Your tasks You provide UX/UI design expertise and support to our product and marketing teams and business stakeholders across Europe You work with product owners, scrum teams, business stakeholders and fellow designers to create a best in class user experience that surpasses our customer's expectations You consult with and collaborate with our development teams for digital solutions You help our digital teams across all markets to organize and manage lean design processes You provide feedback & advice and hands-on support to a multitude of design teams to assure that E.ON provides a consistent & smart brand and customer experience You keep up to date and with and evaluate latest UX trends, technologies and tools You are a champion for customer focus and coach and challenge team members and stakeholders You identify design problems, take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs You facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences You develop concepts and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for a wide range of devices and interfaces that lead to intuitive user experience Your profile You need a design or UX degree and have several years of experience as UX Designer, preferably in the online/digital industry You need expert knowledge and hands-on experience with most common UX Design software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision or Balsamiq (knowledge of Frontify and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) You get numbers and you have experienced how data can improve design Either you have a clear understanding of user-centered design, lean UX and design thinking and all the other buzz, or you have transcended it all already and smart people trust you Expert knowledge in planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns You are team player who enjoys finding out stuff, hears everyone out and comes up with an executable plan Ability to work with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and design complete user experiences Experience in working in a time and resource constraint environment Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international, distributed team setting Passion for UX Design, innovative approaches and resolving user pain points Fluency in English and German skills A high-level view on other digital marketing areas to understand impact of design and vice versa Our Benefits Company pension scheme and company insurance worldwide Exclusive employee discounts and subsidized canteen Family Service (help with finding kinder garden, elder care, holiday entertainment) 38 h working week and 30 leave days Home Office Option in consultation with the team Parental leave for mothers and fathers is perfectly normal Flex time account and 100% paid travel time including business travel (>50km) in first class by train Additional benefits for people with a disability Very good working atmosphere (informal "du", colloquial atmosphere, very international teams)

You are creating journey maps, sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and design specifications. You are creating prototypes and are using them as part of the design process to validate your work in an iterative way. You are contributing to the design system to enable the streamlined creation of consistent products. You are advocating for early involvement of design as part of the product development process.   You have completed a degree or have comparable qualifications in design, human-computer interaction or other relevant fields. You’re an interdisciplinary designer who enjoys working on both the UX and the UI side of things for tactical and strategical topics. You are passionate about driving products with intuitive experiences forward. You feel comfortable explaining design decisions also to non-design stakeholders and can hold your ground in discussions. You like spending time with your peers from engineering and product to find solutions together as one team. You are vocal about the early and continuous involvement of design as part of the product development process. You are familiar with using tools like Figma, Zeplin, Dovetail and the likes.
