Für unsere Abteilung Anlagenplanung suchen wir Sie als Projektleiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) Im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit setzten Sie Projekte und Maßnahmen bei Neubau, Umbau und Rückbauprojekten bei Erzeugungs- und Entsorgungsanlagen und Anlagen der Kreislaufwirtschaft um und verantworten die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Übergangs des Projektes zwischen allen Projektphasen von Beginn der ersten Überlegungen bis zur mängelfreien Übergabe an den Betrieb. Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört die Festlegung der Leistungen von Auftragnehmern, die Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Beschaffung, Ausführungsplanung und Inbetriebsetzung von der frühen Projektphase bis zur Fertigstellung des Projektes. In Ihre Verantwortung fällt die Überwachung der Leistungen des Auftragnehmers sowie die Einbeziehung und Abstimmung mit allen Stakeholdern und der erforderlichen Fachingenieure und Experten um den Projektumfang gemäß den Projektzielen fertigzustellen. Die Erarbeitung und Steuerung projektspezifischer Termin-, Kosten- und Ausführungspläne gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Außerdem muss die Sicherstellung der Mindestqualitätsanforderung in der Planung eingehalten und die definierten Normen und Richtlinien in Spezifikationen berücksichtigt werden. Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom oder Master) in Engineering oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung oder über Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen, die in entsprechenden gleichwertigen Tätigkeiten erlangt wurden. Erfahrungen als Projektleiter, Projektingenieur oder ähnlichen Ingenieurpositionen bevorzugt mit Erfahrung in der Energieindustrie und der entsprechenden Qualifikation (IPMA, PMP) sind wünschenswert. Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten bei Organisations-, Koordinations-, und Planungsaufgaben sowie starke Führungs-, Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten setzen wir voraus. Sie verfügen über ein breites Wissen über Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien und damit verbundene Arbeitsprozesse in Projekten. We are looking for a Senior Test Management Manager (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Digital Technology GmbH team. The role can be filled at any EDT-site within Germany. Tasks You design, develop and implement test solutions irrespective of project type/methodology and application type You identify test risks and create plans to mitigate testing risks and issues across the full testing life cycle You manage (planning, controlling, monitoring etc.) all test activities during all project phases You define and maintain test strategies, test approaches and test plans for both functional and non-functional test requirements, covering all aspects of testing e.g. automation, manual testing or security You conduct service validation and testing assessments as per ITIL or similar test quality assessments and checks You improve test processes on both project and departmental level You coordinate the delivery of test solutions of projects in different business departments as part of a hybrid team You ensure high quality test solutions are delivered and manage test resources where required You coach, mentor and support test team members where required Qualifications Multiple years of work experience as test manager and proven experience in the field of agile testing Advanced level of knowledge of testing concepts, methodologies and processes Good knowledge of requirements engineering and test process optimization methods including TPI Next and TMMi Know-how in SAP Test methodologies, web testing, mobile testing, test automation, load and performance testing In-depth knowledge in the field of Accessibility Testing especially WCAG Hands on experience with best practice test management tools especially MicroFocus ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, Zephyr and TestRail Experience of designing and implementing of continuous integration and delivery processes Solid conceptual experience in test automation tools such as Tosca, MicroFocus UFT, TestComplete and Selenium Know-how in the implementation and use of mobile cloud testing tools such as SauceLabs and BrowserStack In depth understanding in the use and implementation of Load & Performance test tools such as MicroFocus LoadRunner & StormRunner Cloud, JMeter, Gatling Fully conversant and experienced use of Accessibility test tools such as AXE, ARC Toolkit and Wave At least ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification is required Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and collaboration skills at all organizational levels Willingness to travel and work in temporary project teams Self-organizing and proactive with a high degree of energy, drive and enthusiasm Openness to new topics and challenges Fluent in English and German Benefits Company pension scheme and company insurance worldwide Exclusive employee discounts and subsidized canteen Family Service (help with finding kinder garden, elder care, holiday entertainment) 38 h working week and 30 leave days Home Office Option in consultation with the team Parental leave for mothers and fathers is perfectly normal Flex time account and 100% paid travel time including business travel (>50km) in first class by train Additional benefits for people with a disability Very good working atmosphere (informal "du", colloquial atmosphere, very international teams)
