Closely collaborate with Engineering, Customer Care and Finance colleagues to evolve and bring our ERP (Oracle NetSuite) development, operations and security to the next level.  Coach and pair with colleagues, organize workshops and trainings to enable engineering teams to work independently and develop ERP features in a decentralized manner. Bring modern software delivery practices including Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment, Everything as Code and Test Driven Development to the ERP system. Constantly make sure that Business IT systems are compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 controls. Take an active role in our Business IT, CI/CD and InfoSec Communities of Practice and accelerate Continuous Improvement at Elli. Oracle Netsuite ERP ecosystems. Experience in at least one scripting and programming language (Typescript, Bash, Python, Ruby, Golang, etc.) preferably Typescript. Familiarity with modern information security requirements and concepts. Familiarity with Everything as Code and Agile Software Delivery concepts. Strong passion for continuous improvement, technical and operational excellence. Passion and eagerness to learn different tools, technologies and practices that are needed to get the job done. Empathy, readiness to coach, pair with and learn from others. Ideally you have Experience in running production workloads in one of the leading public clouds (GCP, Azure, AWS). Experience in Salesforce Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer Experience. Experience in Infrastructure as Code technologies like Terraform or similar declarative development solutions for Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment, DevOps and Lean Concepts. Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard and audit process.
