The job will be filled unlimited and in full-time and is available as soon as possible. You are supporting the transactional controlling and reporting services for various European companies of KWS group. In this role you are preparing diverse periodic management reports and ad hoc financial and operational analyses. Moreover you will support monthly, quarterly and year end closing processes. You will take part of the continuous planning and budgeting processes. Furthermore you will be involved in various projects within the area of controlling and reporting. Your ideas and assistance in the further development of the existing controlling and reporting processes is more than appreciated. Preferably you have a good academic degree with a focus on accounting and/or controlling. Ideally, you have 3+ years of a practical experience in the Controlling or Finance area in an international company, especially in a Shared Service Center environment. You already worked in a SAP environment or other ERP systems, as well as the MS Office applications and enjoy working with different IT tools. A strong result-orientation with accuracy and the ability to work under pressure and holding deadlines is highly appreciated. KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a business partner Central Europe (m/f/d) for our Berlin-based office. The Business Partner Finance Central Europe (ie. Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia) is a key interaction point for the business whom provides high-quality consulting and insight-related and knowledge-based services from a functional perspective and to improve decision making. The business partner facilitates the supporting role to the lead of Business Partners EMEA. Within this role the Business Partner connects, challenges and monitors the business units and the global function leads in their chosen strategies. Moreover, guaranteeing that the chosen business strategies deliver the highest financial value at an “acceptable level of risk”.
