Around 6.000 employees represent KWS in more than 70 countries. Your responsibilities: Process purchase requisitions and orders for Goods & Services and in accordance to the defined service level agreement (SLA). Process requests from users via the internal ticketing system in accordance to the defined service level agreement (SLA). Conduct and analyze requests for quotations (RFQs) and execute tactical buying for Goods and Services for defined and approved spend categories. Monitor the spending patterns in the supported legal entities and provide suggestions on potential catalog implementation for defined and approved spend categories. Support KWS legal entity integration plan as applicable, performing the necessary tasks during the process roll-out. Drive PO quota improvement initiatives in the supported legal entities. Terminplanung und Organisation von Sitzungen, Besprechungen und Video-Konferenzen Vorbereitung und Zusammenstellung von Sitzungsunterlagen und Präsentationen, ggf. auch Protokollführung in Sitzungen Funktion als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen Eigenständige Erledigung aller klassisch anfallenden Assitstenz - Aufgaben, überwiegend in englischer Sprache, wie Abwicklung der Korrespondenz per Telefon und E- Mail, Organisation und Pflege des Ablagesystems   Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung, wie Planung, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Reisen im In- und Ausland Leitung von Ad-hoc-Projekten, die von SBU-Leitern delegiert werden    Mind. abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Büro-Kommunikation, Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in oder gleichwertig Erste Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich ist von Vorteil Ausgeprägte, sichere und selbstbewusste Kooperationsbereitschaft sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Motivation und Engagement Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einem Auge fürs Detail Gute Umgangsformen, sicheres, freundliches und überzeugendes Auftreten Diskretion im Einklang mit dem vertraulichen Charakter der Position Ein sicherer Umgang mit PC (MS-Office)  Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
