As Manager Data Services (m/f/d) you will design and drive the implementation of state of the art data services for our stakeholders, so that they can benefit from the information we collect through our certification activities and data capturing. Define and drive our data services product portfolio Establish and lead data service development process Adapt our data access rights concept for flexibility to meet customer needs while protecting privacy. Value Chain Development Officer (M-F-D) To analyse market needs and opportunities of key value chains for FSC. To drive, track and report market transformation activities with market intelligence materials. The Scope The Data Engineer will make data accessible to internal and external FSC stakeholders in a way that encourages and embeds data use in all - big and small, everyday - actions and decisions. Data Engineer (m-f-d) To maintain, enhance and manage the quality and usage of data in FSC by: Establishing processes for ETL for data from various structured and unstructured data sources into a data store that is suitable for business analytics and decision making. Designing stable, reliable, and effective databases. Optimizing and maintaining legacy systems (such as Salesforce, MySQL). Modifying and testing databases according to needs and requests. Solving database usage issues and malfunctions. Liaising with developers to improve applications and establish best practices. Gathering user requirements and identifying new features and enhancements. Supporting development of technical documentation and end-user training resources. Research, recommend and implement new database products, services and protocols to meet data and information needs for various FSC user groups/stakeholders. To establish, manage and document processes and structures ensuring high quality of data, data standardization, and consistency across various platforms and reports, including but not limited to: Review of FSC information and data sources with a view to understand, re-design, re-model and re-deploy the database structure where necessary to adapt best practices in data management. Data standardization across FSC business units. Practical and user-friendly workflows and protocols that facilitate information capture, design, collection, quality, storage, and reporting on data consistently across FSC departments. Compliance of data assets and data processing with relevant legislation. Coordination and facilitation of the rigorous clean-up and information integrity processes while delivering data products. Development, modernization and improvement of Information Schemas and their maintenance. Compatibility of FSC Information Models with the ISEAL Core Metadata Standard. To manage projects related to data gathering, standardization, and management, including but not limited to: Online reporting for FSC evaluations (forest management and chain of custody). Enhance the certificate management processes. To ensure the data stores perform with high efficiency, reliability, and the single source of truth. To establish, implement and manage consistent processes for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders, in cooperation with Legal Department. Additional Tasks as assigned by the formal supervisor. Education and Training: University degree in a relevant field, for example, computer science or data science. Working Experience, Style and Skills: 4-5 years’ relevant experience in data modelling, big data platforms, creating data pipelines, data integration in databases, data warehouses and data lakes. Proven work experience as a Database developer. In-depth understanding of data management concepts and practices (e.g. metadata, permissions, recovery, security, privacy, quality, and monitoring) and data integration (ETL/ELT) procedures. Zur Fortführung unserer organischen und anorganischen Wachstumsstrategie und zur weiteren Professionalisierung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Development Manager (m/w/d). Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsführung hinsichtlich des Aufbaus der Gruppenorganisation sowie deren strategischen Ausrichtung und stehen dabei im stetigen Austausch mit den Beteiligungsgesellschaften Sie entwickeln in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung die Corporate Governance- sowie Compliance Richtline für die Gruppe weiter Darüber hinaus begleiten Sie M&A-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, den Beratern und den Investoren Die Verbesserung der Marktpositionierung und Erschließung weiterer Potentiale sowie der Aufbau des Netzwerkes im Garten- und Landschaftsbau umfasst dabei einen Ihrer Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte Sie führen Marktbeobachtungen sowie -analysen durch, bereiten verschiedenste Daten auf und erstellen Auswertungen, Statistiken und Entscheidungsvorlagen Sie führen strategische Bewertungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau durch und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen ab Direkte Reporting Line zum CEO der Unternehmensgruppe Sie bringen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Idealer Weise haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen im Business Development Management gesammelt, insbesondere im Umfeld von M&A-Prozessen, Change Management oder Projektsteuerung; alternativ sind relevante Erfahrungen in der Managementberatung wünschenswert Sie können auf sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie PowerPoint zurückgreifen Eine freundliche und unmissverständliche Kommunikation sowie ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für Sie selbstverständlich Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, exzellente Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie erweiterte Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen, eine Hands-on-Mentalität, sowie diplomatisches Geschick sind für Sie selbstverständlich Eine herausfordernde Tätigkeit in einem wachsenden Konzern Ein aufgeschlossenes und dynamisches Team, flache Hierarchien sowie ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima Die Möglichkeit Ihre Ideen umzusetzen und echten unternehmerischen Mehrwert zu schaffen Spannende Entwicklungsperspektiven im Finanzbereich sowie im Private Equity Umfeld Flexible und individuelle Arbeitszeiten inklusive Home-Office-Möglichkeit
