Trademark And IP Counsel (M/F/D) To counsel on all aspects of IP law, in particular, trademark and copyright law, unfair competition, publicity rights law, and domain name as well as internet and e-commerce related issues. To counsel on legal actions and non-litigious solutions. To protect FSC’s trademarks and other intellectual property rights by processing infringement and fraud cases, for example, by drafting and negotiating cease-and-desist letters. Experience required in international trademark portfolios with specific experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, investigations, and enforcement work, including licensing business. Sie leitet alle Unternehmensaktivitäten weltweit, von der Standardsetzung über Dienstleistungen für Partner, Marketing und Zertifizierungsmanagement bis hin zur Integritätsprüfung, und fungiert als juristische Person, die die internationalen Urheberrechte von GLOBALG.A.P. und GGN (Verbraucherlabel für Betriebe mit GLOBALG.A.P. Zertifizierung) besitzt. Für unser GGN Label Floriculture suchen wir zum 01. September 2021 einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Kundenbetreuung in Vollzeit (39 Wochenstunden) als Elternzeitvertretung. Das GGN Label steht für zertifizierte, verantwortungsvolle und transparente Landwirtschaft und Tierzucht und unterstützt Verbraucher bei ihrem täglichen Einkauf. Transparenz ist das Herzstück unseres Labels und verrät mehr über die Herkunft der Lebensmittel und Pflanzen. Indem wir eine verantwortungsvolle Landwirtschaft und Tierzucht fördern, unterstützen wir die weltweite nachhaltige Entwicklung zum Wohle künftiger Generationen und unseres Planeten. So können Produzenten, Einzelhändler und Verbraucher auf der ganzen Welt profitieren.
