In order to achieve this ambitious goal, we are looking for you as a new member of our group-wide team, which is continuously developing and resolutely implementing our holistic climate strategy. Your Contribution You implement and continuously develop a demanding compensation strategy for the voluntary CO2 market You manage a company specific portfolio of global short, medium and long-term compensation solutions You develop and implement climate protection projects in line with leading standards and upcoming international and national climate protection programs You manage projects comprehensively, including scouting, due diligence, contract negotiation, project support / coordination, certification and exploitation You support additional topics of the Zero Carbon Program (e.g., Scope 3, SBTi, etc.) You steer external partners and consultants You represent the company through proactive networking with various external stakeholders in the respective field Your Profile University degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering with a major in environment or similar relevant fields At least 3 years of professional experience in a climate-focused consultancy and/or in sustainability areas / carbon management in an international industrial company Proven experience in matrix project coordination with cross-functional project teams and various stakeholders Excellent communication and negotiating skills Outstanding in creating high quality written documents and presentations Proven ability to work independently even with high qualitative demands and drive necessary activities.
