(SENIOR) EVENT MANAGER (M/F/D) at our headquarters in Ditzingen near Stuttgart Ref.-No. R0085091You are in charge of elaborating and implementing trade shows and external events as defined in entities’ communications plans for Thales Germany, business units E&E actives as well as for the Group E&E activities in Germany. It also involves the following tasks: Elaborating, implementing and managing the group’s show stands and brand standards at trade shows in and outside Germany Advising internal stakeholders (KAM, Sales & Marketing, CBU, domain heads) during the communications planning phase within the scope of E&E Elaborating, implementing and managing external events, from the planning to executions phase Functioning as national PoC for all internal stakeholders in the context of E&E in the Thales calendars Contributing to and/or producing show info kits and staff books Coordinating procurements preparation, design and booth creation process as well as on-site-stand management and supervision for all Thales participations in and from Germany Being a core member of the corporate working group on transformation/development of E&E in Thales Managing internal event projects such as senior management meetings Being part of the corporate core team for communications conventions Proven track record of exhibition planning and project management in industry and/or agency network Skills in project management in international, multi-national teams Experience in budget planning, handling process and control SAP, Excel and event planning software skills Knowledge of agency briefing and handling Experience in creative brief, booth planning process and approval process Skills in scorecard handling, evaluation English as working language, fluent in German At Thales, we take very good care of our people.
