You work with (internal & external) business stakeholders to develop targeted, integrated and creative communication plans You manage content plans and develop emotional storylines You draft press releases, company presentations and case studies according to communication plans (finalized by external agencies or freelancers, which need to be steered) You develop, evaluate and improve targeted LinkedIn campaigns (with Microsoft Dynamics CRM) You develop and evaluate internal and customer surveys, and derive high level measures out of it (supported out of the CRM system) You manage our website traffic and align website content through an analytical SEO and KPI-driven approach You are responsible for organizing our appearance at industry trade fairs (e.g. Paris & Farnborough Air Shows) You develop a creative internal communication approach to drive and support our transformational change Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications or Change Management Around 5 years communications experience for internal and external target groups - ideally in the Aerospace industry or the ability to learn the industry specifics very fast Proven track record in the area of media relations with a strong affinity for social media and campaigns Strong and versatile writing skills Experience in context based emotional storytelling and change management Proactive, creative and innovative mindset, who is thriving in a global, diverse and multicultural environment Strong "can do"-attitude with high degree of self-responsibility Experience in using measurement tools to refine and enhance communications' impact Technical skills and aptitude for content management programs; basic HTML knowledge is an asset Experience working with external vendors and service providers such as agencies for design, digital, PR and multimedia work Native or fluent English language skills absolutely required, very good German and/or French skills a big advantage Contact Details Sergej Heinrich Head of Recruiting Tel: +49 201 844-532419 We at thyssenkrupp Aerospace are highly global, diverse and dynamic team working in a challenging but exciting industry.
