Customer Experience Specialist (m/f/d)Focus E-Mail Marketing & Marketing Automationreference no.: 7001 With a dedicated focus on Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns you will be part of our Customer Journey Management Team in our Marketing & Customer Solutions organiszation and offer worldwide support for the RATIONAL Group's data driven Marketing activities. With your professional Email-Marketing and digital expertise you further improve, extent and automate our communication channels and processes based on the technology stack of Salesforce. You define and realize Customer Journeys and Email-Campaigns together with the Marketing Communication teams and monitor the performance. You work closely with the international Marketing experts and coordinate international Email-Campaigns, develop and realize new (digital) touch points and support data driven / personalized marketing and omni channel communication. You take care of the design, coordination and implementation of CRM and digital communication standards, work on efficient concepts, evaluate technology and tool requirements and implement best practice approaches globally. You plan, design execute and monitor efficient international Email-Campaigns in close cooperation with Product, Field & Industry Marketing and the Digital Communication team, support subsidiaries with Newsletter sends, target group selections and local activity planning. As the digital Marketing Specialist, you identify optimization potential and drive the further development of our marketing communication tools and platforms. You empower and qualify local specialists, support platform users to tap the full potential of our digital infrastructure and actively drive change management initiatives. You have proven track record in Email-Marketing and Digital Campaign Management in the B2B business as well as expert knowledge in CRM and Marketing automation – Salesforce (MarketingCloud / SalesCloud) know-how is highly appreciated. With a solid technical understanding and detailed knowledge in cooperation with external agencies and internal Marketing, combined with a good intuition and excellent communication skills (fluent in German and English), you have the ability to transfer ideas in new digital communication approaches.
