Customer Experience Specialist (m/f/d)Focus E-Mail Marketing & Marketing Automationreference no.: 7001 With a dedicated focus on Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns you will be part of our Customer Journey Management Team in our Marketing & Customer Solutions organi­szation and offer world­wide support for the RATIONAL Group's data driven Marketing activi­ties. With your professional Email-Marketing and digital expertise you further improve, extent and automate our communi­cation channels and processes based on the techno­logy stack of Salesforce. You define and realize Customer Journeys and Email-Campaigns together with the Marketing Communication teams and monitor the performance. You work closely with the international Marketing experts and coordinate international Email-Campaigns, develop and realize new (digital) touch points and support data driven / personalized marketing and omni channel communication. You take care of the design, coordi­nation and implemen­tation of CRM and digital communi­cation standards, work on efficient concepts, evaluate techno­logy and tool require­ments and implement best practice approaches globally. You plan, design execute and monitor efficient international Email-Campaigns in close cooperation with Product, Field & Industry Marketing and the Digital Communi­cation team, support sub­sidiaries with News­letter sends, target group selections and local activity planning. As the digital Marketing Specialist, you identify optimi­zation potential and drive the further development of our marketing communi­cation tools and plat­forms. You empower and qualify local specialists, support platform users to tap the full potential of our digital infra­structure and actively drive change manage­ment initia­tives. You have proven track record in Email-Marketing and Digital Campaign Management in the B2B business as well as expert knowledge in CRM and Marketing automation – Sales­force (MarketingCloud / SalesCloud) know-how is highly appreciated. With a solid technical under­standing and detailed knowledge in coope­ration with external agencies and internal Marketing, combined with a good intuition and excellent communi­cation skills (fluent in German and English), you have the ability to transfer ideas in new digital communication approaches. You feature the necessary energy and enthusiasm to improve perma­nently the experience of our customers, support and train colleagues and you would like to act as an "entre­preneur within the enterprise" within a globally networked company. In addition to that, you are self-motivated, love team­work and you have willing­ness to travel inter­nationally on a regular basis.
