Make a difference as a Senior Analyst (m/f/d) Financial Planning & Analysis. Develops effective training aids and documentation to prepare and improve the skills of employees. Assists Management team to define and modifies strategy for the Worldwide alignments and regional differences. Designs regular management information and reports to WW Demo Management team / Worldwide Sales management and Field Finance Controllers Conducts business process-related projects requiring coordination with other functions Establishing and maintaining a responsive, empathetic relationship and effective communication with internal and external partners within Agilent to ensure excellence in execution. Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent or/and extensive relevant experience as Business Process Analyst Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to design processes and deliver results navigating through problems. Is a team player, able to work with internal and external business partners with diverse backgrounds and talent. Possesses strong initiative and drive, must be a self-starter who relates to”Customer first” values. Communicates and presents effectively in English through multiple organizational layers within Agilent Familiarity with Demo or Sales process related to quoting, order generation and inventory management Demonstrated working Knowledge of SAP and MS-office applications (i.e.-Excel and Powerpoint, Teams) is wished The full-time, permanent position, based in Germany, available as soon as possible.
