We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as Customer Relationship Manager (m/f/d) You ensure the identification and exploitation of CRM potential for one of our customer segments  You create, optimize and enhance CRM campaigns in the various marketing channels You are responsible for the regular analysis of CRM activities and for reporting CRM KPIs You control and are responsible for the management of the involved service providers (e. g. creative agencies) You are responsible for the project budget and the efficient allocation of funds You take part in national and/or international projects and workshops You will work closely with the sales department as well as with the CRM department of the parent company in Italy and the international counterparts from our national subsidiaries to ensure the successful implementation of CRM measures You have successfully completed your studies, preferably in the field of business administration / marketing or a comparable study program Through several years of relevant professional experience, you have gained solid practical experience in marketing / (analytical) CRM / marketing performance You have a strong affinity for numbers and initial experience in the analysis and structured preparation of CRM and campaign data You are used to lead projects and to take over responsibility, you work independently and in a structured manner and have a certain “hands-on” mentality You are fluent in English and have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint A position in an international company with flat hierarchies and German as main communication language A performance-enhancing and dynamic corporate culture in which personal contribution is most important A working atmosphere that allows you to shape our growing company and to take over responsibility from day one Collaboration in a dynamic and highly motivated team as well as close cooperation with our international colleagues Individual career planning, customized trainings, a comprehensive onboarding program, a versatile e-learning program as well as interesting development opportunities (national and international) An attractive compensation package and additional benefits including company pension plans and childcare as well as an unlimited employment contract 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours and smart home office arrangements
