Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Auswahl und internationale Verankerung passender Handelspartner für die gesamten Vertriebsorganisationen im Geschäftsbereich Bautechnik. Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Handelssortiments in enger Abstimmung mit der Leitung des Produktmanagements und der Geschäftsleitung. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (M/F/D) SOLUTION-ORIENTED OUTSIDE SALES ITW Drawform serves major tier suppliers with tightly toleranced and innovative components for the automotive and industrial markets totaling approximately $200M in revenues globally. It has an excellent reputation for delivering top results and exceeding customer expectations within the deep draw and aerosol can industries. The division holds a leadership position in North America and a growing presence in Europe. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR This entrepreneurial-minded individual will establish new development programs with targeted leaders in the automotive market, will create new sales opportunities with these accounts, and will significantly grow ITW Drawform’s business. The incumbent will develop long term product developmental relationships with internal and external engineering resources and other functions of targeted key accounts – OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers – to develop our future generation of EV and automotive solutions. Collect competitive and market intelligence to help define future industry needs and requirements, along with recommended action plans to grow business Interact with multiple levels within Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality professionals, defining the key decision makers, champions, influences and gatekeepers. Work with our Sales and Product Line resources to optimize the impact of the actions  Participate in relevant trade shows Maintain a solid understanding of technologies available and in development for the EV and other automotive markets. As Managing Director (m/f/d), the job holder is responsible for the activities of the company on a national and international level, particularly in the areas of result and business development. In the process, the MD serves at the level of the management team as motivator, direction setter, sparring partner and coach.
