At Evotec’s headquarter in Hamburg, Germany, the Treasury team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Treasury Assistant (f/m/d) Part-time (50%) and permanent Back office treasury function with focus on processes and compliance Document internal and external controls; compliance to rules and regulations Analyse, document, and evaluate internal treasury processes across Evotec Align and implement global processes by involving all relevant stakeholders and taking local requirements into account Update new accounting standards Manage regulatory requirements with banks Manage the administration of bank loans, reporting to stakeholders and monitoring of obligations across the group Develop a global credit card policy Close multinational collaboration with interfaces to accounting, controlling, tax and legal Support and execute specific treasury and cross-functional change projects Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Management / Finance or a successfully completed banking apprenticeship Some years of practical work experience in the field of treasury or banking Good understanding of treasury / banking activities Solid knowledge of treasury tools & processes First experience in business processes and change management; ability to apply this experience in problem-solving and improvement processes Experience in internal control systems and compliance is an advantage Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel & Word Knowledge of TMS (Bellin / TM5) is a plus Ideally basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) Fluent in English and German, both written and oral Strong technical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and reliability Organized and well-structured personality Effective team player, supporting other Treasury team members, sharing own knowledge and experience in order to advance team performance Motivated self-starter with enthusiasm and commitment A position within a vigorous and exciting professional environment promoted by an open culture and a spirit of community A diverse, international workforce with a dynamic working environment that fosters creativity, innovations and teamwork 30 days of annual holiday, monthly allowance for public transportation, and in-house canteen Capital forming benefits, flexible working hours, holiday pay, and annual bonus depending on performance
