As a Process Manager “Employee Central”, you are responsible for the global operationalization of the HR administration processes (e.g. manage hires, separations, employee data management, position management etc.). You design, build, and implement processes, system solutions and related services for the processes in scope on a global scale.  Moreover, you participate or lead international and/or cross-functional projects (e.g. roll-out of new HR system modules and tools, new processes or services). Being at the pulse of discussions in the global HR community and our Regional Service Centers, you identify improvement opportunities, and you define and use operational process reporting to analyze the performance and quality of your processes as well as to derive concrete improvement measures. Your key tasks also include designing process and system trainings as well as ensuring an up-to-date documentation of our global processes and adherence to global compliance guidelines. Bachelor’s degree or similar in business administration, business informatics or with an HR focus Several years of work experience in HR roles (e.g. Center of Expertise role, HR Business Partner, Global Business Services role) or HR consulting and good understanding of HR administration processes; alternatively you come with professional experience in a business process-orientated role (e.g. as a Process Manager or Product Owner) and strong project management skills Experience in international HR processes and/or IT projects, ideally paired with Business Process Engineering knowledge In-depth know-how of HR IT systems, i.e. SuccessFactors (“Employee Central” module) or SAP HCM Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to find solutions quickly and hands-on attitude to implement those Intercultural and stakeholder management skills as well as competence to manage conflict and change Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required, German language skills would be a plus This is where you can grow, collaborate, innovate and improve lives. In this position you will act as a counterpart for the business and receive requests according to Business Process Change Requests (BPCR), evaluate them and implement them. Handle change requests for product related data via Master Data Governance tool (SAP MDG) Ensure that the whole chain of product data creation steps run according to defined guidelines Take ownership of Material Classification regarding product structures but also in order to set distribution classes for data replication requirements Identify performance gaps Define and control KPI, e.g. turnaround times and data completeness Be responsible to run related analyses and to provide input for the Data Dashboard. Actively participate in acquisition and integration projects Ensure compliance with legal, taxes and business standards What will convince us University degree in General Management, Technical Studies, IT Administration or related field Proven knowledge of project management and process improvement methods (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma, Agile) in the area of Idea to Product Good skillset in the area of Master Data and its steering functions, especially in the area of product data Knowledge of Data Management tools (e.g., SAP, PLM, CRM (SFDC), MDG,) Organizational change management capabilities are an asset Strong analytical skills, creativity, and communication skills Strong digital expertise, data analytics capabilities and affinity for business processes Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least good German skills Ability to travel as needed Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment Our ambition is to simplify progress in life science research and the biopharmaceutical industry to help translate scientific findings into new therapeutics faster and more efficiently.
