This is a key in-house strategy position for an organized, passionate, and goal-oriented future leader who is a communication expert with a passion for numbers and a great storyteller with an eye for detail. The position holder needs to see the big picture what initiatives have in common, and their strategic role in how organizations succeed, learn and change. The position holder will together with the Director Head Office Finance shape and manage the CFO´s agenda and activities by working on special CFO assignments, answering ad hoc requests, alignment with other functions, research, content preparation and event management of meetings, develop presentations and internal communication The position holder will have the opportunity to interact with the most senior leaders across the Finance organization. This role will report to the Director Head Office Finance Director CFO Office who will provide a close mentoring environment to rapidly accelerate the development of the position holder. Own and drive Finance internal communication efforts, like SharePoint and Yammer Support the development of internal and external executive level presentations and reports Own and organize internal meetings and events Drive and establish corporate governance principles and establish working routines for SLT team through agenda, meeting structure, meeting minutes and adequate follow up. Support existing decision bodies to ensure the strategic initiative portfolio and overall project portfolio is synchronized with the Group’s strategic direction. Synthesize results of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis into implications or recommendations, provide insight on complex issues to support Board decision making. Develop effective working relationships with very senior, internal clients. Manage Strategy & Programs departmental activities Contribute to the success of the overall department by facilitating the achievement of the department objectives, building organizational credibility, and enabling team collaboration. Senior Manager GBS Global Process O2C

GBS, the engine that designs, builds and operates consistent adidas end-to-end business services & solutions globally to drive the transformation TO ONE ADIDAS enabling our Business Partners to focus on core business. GBS prioritizes executing transitions, process and solution roadmaps. Implementing one service framework, performance measurements and GBS customer board. Furthermore GBS is driving the implementation of robotics process automation (RPA). It is the overarching goal to move the adidas Group to a much more consistent, standardized and automated operating model with solid governance, architecture and operating model The O2C stream is one of five global streams who is designing and implementing end to end services & solutions as Global Process Owner (GPO). GPO’s can effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of adidas business and its processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towards technology solutions. GBS Operations operate by executing Global Process Owner services and solutions. O2C collaborates with the stakeholders in adidas to create a customer journey that exceeds the expectations of the customer & consumer. Significantly contribute to the GBS priorities, KPI’s, OKR and overall GBS roadmap Manage transformation initiatives including GAP analysis related to the GBS operation centers/markets and provide process competency with a specific focus on O2C Design, develop and implement process standardization, harmonization, automation, RPA, AI by applying the 6-2-1 Methodology Manage and execute process improvement initiatives on demand (e.g. build of a bad debt provision process, create a harmonized cash remittance process) Manage and execute new O2C systems/ technology/methodology roadmap and process change, upskill, train and execute (i.e. BSR, ARIBA and High Radius, Concur) Contribute to selection of tools, techniques and systems according to architectural requirements and demands Identify improvement potential, problems and feasibility of process change with stakeholders through variance analysis and effective usage of data, create transparency on priorities, develop solutions/ processes/ deliverables and facilitate recommendations for fact-based decisions ending into regular continuous improvements. Support standardized reporting, measurements, KPI and ad hoc analysis in line with SLA’s together with Delivery Excellence team securing quality, timeliness, compliance and productivity of services and processes Lead medium – large sized projects with the respective profound process and technical knowledge within the boundaries of time, cost & quality, focusing on the customers expectations, implement results and ensure sustainability of solution. The Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) team is driving this evolution in digital wholesale and through new business models across our worldwide organization.The role of the DPC Strategic Account Acceleration team is to accelerate the digital sales growth with selected global strategic accounts by providing the leadership, expertise and capabilities for “how to win” online to compliment the activities of the market. To ensure our Wholesale partners receive unmatched support enabling them to serve consumers in the best way possible, adidas established a dedicated digital key account organization providing industry-leading service while coordinating all global adidas interactions with these select strategic accounts. As Senior Key Account Acceleration Manager, you will be the global owner of unlocking the ambitious outperforming growth with chosen key accounts. You will be the global counterpart for international key account teams on developing strategic business plans, digital acceleration plans (sell in & sell out) amongst other commercial responsibilities. As the global consult at head office, you will play a pivotal role in enabling markets / account teams in achieving the group’s ambitious NS, Growth & Profit targets by representing the needs of the accounts to global stakeholders. Success will be defined both by locally enabled account teams equipped with all tools, resources, frameworks, as well as driving innovation global account management processes to enable further acceleration for the future. Global Key Account management of Strategic Digital Accounts. Ownership of driving Global Business Plans for select Digital Key Accounts, including but not limited to strategic business planning, trade investment, direct customer engagement and ensuring the execution of global commercial policies / frameworks. Support Director of Strategic Account Management (SAM) with commercial framework development representing the needs of these key accounts, reflecting the needs of relevant international markets (US, LAM, APAC, EU, Emerging Markets, Russia). Build productive relationships at a Global, Market and Local Key Account level to support the customer teams execute global policies with impact and excellence. Lead innovation process in the global DPC organization on behalf of select accounts with regards to Commercial / SAM processes as it pertains to other DPC teams including Business Analytics, Centre of Expertise (Performance Marketing) and other WHS teams. Responsible for leading and executing scaling / rollout initiatives of global frameworks across multiple channels, geographies and business units. Act as global POC and champion at HQ to innovate adidas processes to positively impact all commercial policies / processes, including Sell in, Sell Out, Supply Chain, Resourcing choices and Performance Management. Monitor and facilitate cross-border activities and coordinate new market expansion with local account teams. Play a leading role in facilitating, creating and sharing best practices across markets, optimizing tools to fit the needs of the key account to enhance consumer experience and drive conversion. Understand & consult with Global, Market & Account teams on the account specific path-to-purchase and needs to drive innovation in global product and marketing creation strategies. Drive consistent communication and transparency of account performance to all stakeholders, including senior leadership teams. Act as a leading member of the SAM team, actively coaching and informing the wider DPC organization on making processes more commercial and actionable in the local key account setting. Global & Market Account Teams (sales, marketing, insights/data, merchandising, supply, customer services) University degree in the field of Business or equivalent 5+ years of professional experience within international key account management, a relevant category (Sports, Fashion, FMCG, Beauty) preferred. 3+ years of Key Account Management experience in eCommerce, with large Pure Player or Marketplace (e.g. Amazon) an advantage. Familiarity / ownership with WHS Customer P&L and revenue management activities that unlock profit growth (preferably in eCommerce). Experience of building and executing successful joint business plans with Key Accounts Experience in leading and managing teams involving diverse sets of stakeholders from different functions and nationalities. Experience of working in a global matrix organization. Experience of executing and evaluating global initiatives at a market / key account level preferred. Exceptional relationship building, negotiation and communication skills.
